Events at Weston Park
Meeting Packages

A minimum of six delegates are required for a conference booking. We recommend that you book at least two weeks prior to your planned conference date.

General Package Facilities - All packages include the following:

  • Hire of meeting room, flipchart, note paper & pencils, mineral water & cordial

Day Delegate Package A

  • £19.50 per delegate (inclusive)
  • On arrival: Coffee with assortment of mini sweet pastries & muffins
  • Mid morning break: Traditional Tea & Coffee & biscuits
  • Lunch: Filled foccacio, wraps, flatbreads & pitta served with potato wedges
  • Afternoon tea: Tea & coffee with Bronte biscuits

Day Delegate Package B

  • £24.50 per delegate (inclusive)
  • On arrival: Coffee with assortment of mini sweet pastries & muffins
  • Mid morning break: Traditional tea & coffee and biscuits
  • Lunch: 1 Course hot & cold buffet with influences from around the world
  • Afternoon tea: Tea & coffee with Bronte biscuits

Day Delegate Package C

  • £29.50 per delegate (inclusive)
  • On arrival: Coffee with an assortment of mini sweet pastries & muffins
  • Mid morning break: Traditional tea & coffee and biscuits
  • Lunch: 2 course hot & cold buffet with influences from around the world
  • Afternoon tea: Tea & coffee with Bronte biscuits
