A provisional booking will be held for a period of 14 days. After this time we will require a non-refundable deposit of £50 to confirm the booking or notification of a cancellation.
Full details will be required by the Events Manager prior to the conference date. Any amendments/cancellations should be received in writing.
Final number of delegates to be confirmed to the Events Manager 48 hours prior to the conference date. This will be the minimum charged for on the day.
Additional audio visual equipment will be quoted for and arranged as required.
