Prices at Weston Park are subject to an annual review and clients (including clients who have confirmed bookings) will be subject to any change in price as a result of a review. Prices are reviewed every January 1st.

A provisional booking will be held for a period of 14 days. After this time we will require a £750 non-refundable deposit to confirm the booking or notification of a cancellation.

Full details will be required by the Wedding and Events Co-ordinator one month prior to the event, with final numbers and full payment made two weeks prior to the event. On completion of the event, any outstanding balance is to be made within 30 days. Interest will be charged on the balance outstanding at the rate of 3% above the National Westminster Bank base rate.

Cancellation of the event must be made in writing to the Wedding and Events Co-ordinator and will entail the following charges:
12 calendar months or longer - £750 deposit is refundable when the date is re-booked (less administration fee)
Between 6 - 12 calendar months – 25% of the rate or rates quoted is payable (less administration fee)
Between 2 – 6 calendar months - 50% of the rate or rates quoted is payable (less administration fee)
2 calendar months or under – 100% of the rate or rates quoted is payable (less administration fee)
The Wedding and Events Co-ordinator will endeavour to replace a cancelled function, and if successful, may waive cancellation charges. A £150 administration fee will be deducted from the deposit in all cases.

A reasonably accurate estimate of guest numbers is required at the time of contracting the booking. The marquee holds a maximum of 120 for a three-course sit down meal with venue hire charged at £750.

The marquee operates a minimum guest police (Saturday only) of 80. Numbers below this amount will attract a £20.00 cover charge. Evening buffet menus require that a minimum of 85% of the total evening guests must be catered for. Corkage will be charged at £10 per bottle of wine/champagne. £3.50 will be charged for the serving of wedding cake if used as a dessert.

Due to noise limitations imposed, the use of amplified bands is not permitted in the marquee. Discos are authorised provided they are booked through Tony Waterfield on 01603 498935. Live bands may be utilised within the Chestnut Lounge for an additional room hire charge of £250.

The customer shall be responsible for the orderly conduct of its guests and shall ensure that’s its guests have regard to any regulations imposed by any competent authority and that nothing shall be done which will constitute a breech of the law. The customer shall fully indemnify the company against any claims of loss or damage arising as a result of breech of this clause.
